Engagement Techniques: Foster an engaging learning environment to keep students focused and motivated. Behavioral Support: Uphold school policies and effectively manage classroom behavior. Student Assistance: Provide support to students, addressing questions and aiding their understanding of the material. Attendance Monitoring: Keep track of student attendance and report any incidents to school administration. Classroom Setup: Prepare the classroom and necessary materials to create a welcoming learning space. What We’re Looking For: DBS Certification: An enhanced DBS check on the Update Service is required. Experience with Children: Previous work with children, especially in educational settings, is ideal. Strong Communication Skills: Ability to connect effectively with students and colleagues. Organizational Skills: Good time management and organization to ensure smooth classroom operations. Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to different subjects and classroom environments.
