You are responsible for ensuring that you have properly trained people and that their needs are addressed so they can focus on their jobs. You will ensure Amazon policies – including attendance tracking – are implemented and administered fairly and consistently. This includes motivating, coaching, reporting, and providing feedback on associates’ performance – including productivity, quality, and safety – as a means for achieving or exceeding Amazon expectations. The Team Lead will address discipline and/or performance issues for LM Associates, including up to termination. Additionally, you will work in partnership with third-party delivery providers to ensure Amazon standards are met in accordance with service contracts.

Key Job Responsibilities
1. Manage end-to-end daily operations for either one large site or multiple smaller sites, including inbound and outbound logistics.
2. Meet customer-facing metrics while maintaining cost targets and ensuring safety and morale of the team.
3. Drive performance management, and develop training and development plans for associates.
4. Continuously improve delivery processes and achieve sustained performance enhancements.
5. Conduct daily 4M and 5S audits at the delivery station.
6. Serve as a stand-in for the Area Manager when needed.
7. Manage day and night shifts effectively.

Basic Qualifications
* At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.
* Bachelor's degree.
* Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
