Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Employee Experience & P&C Coordinator to join our People and Culture team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting recruitment activities and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Role Requirements:
Employee Experience Coordinator
* Own and execute Spreetail’s events, travel, and internal communications programs.
* Own all aspects of Spreetail’s internal employee engagement programs such as onboarding or employee engagement initiatives.
* Assist with communications events including Weekly Meetings, department All Hands, and Company All Hands.
* Own and execute Company Weekly Meetings and department All Hands.
* Manage travel platforms and monitor expenses.
* Onboard travelers and provide guidance around travel.
HR/TA Systems
* Maintain & process all system approvals/changes for HR and TA.
* Provide support to employees/users with any onboarding, paperwork, or system questions they may have – escalate to Director, P&C & TA and Brand as appropriate.
* Provide support for HR information system including, but not limited to, researching and resolving system problems, unexpected results, or process flows; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
* Assist in providing organization-wide system updates such as org structure, policies, new shifts, job, and positions, etc.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files in DF.
HR and TA Coordination/Generalist
* Serve as point of contact to answer frequently asked HR/TA and general People queries.
* Provide administrative support to HR/TA team.
* Assist with new hire onboarding and Right to Work completion for both UK and Germany.
* Review any outstanding PTO, payroll & general queries.
* Ad hoc support with TA coordination and screening.
Experience Required
* HR administration & coordination.
* HR systems Dayforce (Essential) & Lever (Ideal).
* Ideal – Background in the following areas: Events, Employee experience, Executive assistant, office assistant/manager.

Contract length: 12 months
Pay: £26,391.00-£27,036.00 per year
