Although a daily working pattern of 9 – 5 has been stated, we operate a flexible working arrangement. This is a hybrid position, the position can predominantly be home based, however, the candidate may be required to attend the office in Stafford on occasion and where there is a business need. On occasion the candidate may be required to attend other sites and a full driving licence and access to a vehicle would be preferable. The successful candidate will contribute, as an active team member, to the delivery of internal audit services at the client, the Staffordshire Pension Fund and its external clients which are compliant with Public Sector Internal Audit standards and Accounts & Audit Regulations. They will be responsible for the delivery of a portfolio of general system audits (non- ICT) across the Client, and its external clients included within the approved Internal Audit Plans and in accordance with agreed timescales, the candidate must have the ability to prioritise audit activities and meet deadlines in accordance with agreed schedules.
