Your Role - Key responsibilities As a Maritime Operations Support Assistant, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring client vessels are safe, compliant, and well-informed. Your responsibilities will include: Maritime security updates. Providing captains with real-time security information and updates. Client support. Handling client queries efficiently via email and phone to maintain high standards of service. Route monitoring. Monitoring vessel routes for safety, compliance, and risk management. Incident alerts. Issuing real-time maritime security incident alerts to ensure client awareness. Risk reporting. Preparing comprehensive Route Risk Reports to support operational decisions. Data management. Logging and maintaining accurate records to ensure operational efficiency. What you bring - Required skills and experience Technical IT proficiency. Competent in using Microsoft Office applications and other digital tools. Attention to detail. Meticulous in monitoring, recording and reporting data accurately. Excellent communication skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities to liaise effectively with clients and teams. Maritime expertise preferred but not essential. Some experience in the maritime sector would be helpful, either at sea or in shore-based operations.
