The office is in stunning offices in Canary Wharf. In this varied role you will; Manage global travel, visas, accommodation, transport links, restaurant bookings, scheduling private jets - business and personal. Manage press releases, media appearances, liaising with key stakeholders and communications Scheduling meetings, charitable engagements, global speaking engagements, personal appointments Manage a complex and ever changing diary across multiple time zones Manage personal administration for your Founder, run errands, from payments to holidays Project management support alongside her key team You will have a strong background supporting a Principal, Founder or similar level, supporting in all areas of their business and personal lives as needed, a preference for UHNW led /Family Office, Investments or similar fast paced, high pressured roles, graduate calibre is much preferred also. You will be well presented, articulate, flexible and energy/sparkle is a great fit The organisation has such a great culture with clubs and groups you can join, wellness and healthcare support, socials - certainly recommended.
