Working on our day shift pattern, you will work a 9.5 hour shift between the hours of 09:00-20:30, 5 out of 6 days across Monday to Saturday.

You will be required to liaise with the wider team, managers, and multiple departments to ensure solutions are delivered both effectively and efficiently.
You’ll be a forward-thinking individual, able to adapt to change with a view to drive customer experience and level of service. You’ll be expected to be on site during critical operational hours across varied shifts rotating between both Our Resolution and Admin teams. The main focus of the role is to provide support to the drivers once they have completed their drops. As part of your duties, you will fully de-brief drivers regarding delivery performance. You’ll be filing and preparing paperwork and answering incoming and outgoing phone calls, responding appropriately in a professional manner. You’ll need to be computer literate to input data, process and control the production of invoices and credit notes using SAP and Excel. You will be part of a team of 7 administrators supporting with administration tasks across our busy operation, so teamwork is essential in liaising effectively with colleagues on other shifts.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Excellent communicator with previous customer service experience within a fast-paced company.
2. Strong IT knowledge, particularly in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and SAP.
3. Experience in the fleet or distribution field is ideal but not essential.
