The Role
As Talent Manager, you will lead our recruitment and talent strategy, ensuring we attract high-calibre professionals to support our business growth. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, build and enhance our employer brand, and work closely with leadership teams to foster a positive, high-performance culture. Key Responsibilities
* Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process across all departments, using a range of strategies including job postings, social media outreach, networking, recruitment agencies, and headhunting. Work closely with hiring managers to ensure the best fit for both technical skills and cultural alignment.
* Talent Development & Retention: Develop strategies to retain top talent, including engagement initiatives, career development plans, and succession planning. Partner with managers to create individual development plans (IDPs) and identify opportunities for growth.
* Employer Branding & Culture: Strengthen Compleo Health’s employer brand through compelling job postings, social media content, and employer review platforms. Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture that supports diversity, equity, and inclusion.
* Performance Management: Support managers in setting clear objectives, providing feedback, and implementing performance improvement plans where necessary.
* Data-Driven Decision Making: Use recruitment metrics and market trends to optimise hiring strategies, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and improve retention.
* Onboarding & Integration: Oversee a seamless onboarding experience, ensuring new hires integrate smoothly into the company and have the tools they need to succeed.
* Stakeholder Management: Work collaboratively with senior leadership and department heads to forecast talent needs and align hiring strategies with business objectives.
What We Are Looking For
* Experience: Proven experience as a Talent Manager, Recruiter, or in a similar HR role, ideally within the healthcare sector. Strong understanding of recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and talent development.
* Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and organisational skills. Ability to assess candidates both technically and culturally to ensure long-term success.
* Knowledge: Familiarity with UK employment laws and regulations, including UKVI visa management. Experience with talent analytics and data-driven decision-making is a plus.
* Education: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. HR certifications (e.g., CIPD) are highly desirable.
