Working for our organisation:
Our values define who we are as #TeamUHD. They underpin everything we do now and in the future. They define how we treat our patients, visitors, and each other, our valued teammates and colleagues.
This key position has a strong focus on patient safety and compassionate care for women and birthing people facing uncertainty in their pregnancy and induction of labour journey. The successful midwife will lead the existing team through a once in a career opportunity of moving to a brand new, purpose built maternity unit.
This is a fantastic opportunity to continue building on the success of the team in transforming the experience of induction of labour and care for women and birthing people experiencing complications of pregnancy.
You will work closely with Maternity Triage, Antenatal Clinic, Labour Ward and the multi-professional obstetric team. This post also offers an opportunity to develop leadership skills.
We are looking for a midwife with a passion for high risk antenatal care and a desire to support a team through change.
