Position Overview
Brackenridge is seeking an exceptional People and Capability (P&C) Advisor to support the General Manager, People & Culture, in executing their people strategies and objectives. The successful candidate will have opportunities for growth and development within the team, working in areas that highlight their strengths.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide employee relations support and foster engagement.
* Utilize influence, coaching, and communication skills to support people leaders.
* Assist the General Manager in delivering comprehensive people-related functions.
* Support the wider team to ensure effective delivery of P&C services.
* Contribute to the design, development, and delivery of training programs.
* Maintain accurate employment information across the organisation.
* Assist with recruitment processes, including preparing employment agreements.
About You
The ideal candidate will have a relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources and at least 2-4 years of experience in a generalist P&C role, with a focus on Employment Relations.
You should be a proactive self-starter, willing to engage in all aspects of P&C functions, challenge the status quo, and promote innovative ways of working.
Strong communication skills, attentive listening, and a team-oriented approach are essential. You should be eager to learn, support continuous improvement, and align with Brackenridge's values and principles.
