Working Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm, this is a great opportunity to earn a strong salary basic of up to £40k with Commission on top Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Performance: Manage the Sales Team and Business Relationship Manager to achieve individual and team sales targets. Implement effective coaching, training, and performance monitoring practices on a monthly basis. Conduct daily or as-needed sales meetings to drive alignment and momentum. Set clear objectives and oversee performance management of team members. Sales Operations & Strategy: Oversee both inbound and outbound sales activities to meet targets and maintain industry-leading standards. Monitor and maintain the quality of sales lead streams. Ensure proper usage of CRM systems and update workflow processes as required. Supervise the cleansing and maintenance of sales information and lead data. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Maintain strong communication across all internal departments to support sales efforts. Work closely with the Marketing Manager to align strategies and initiatives. Partner with HR on recruitment needs and hiring processes. Coordinate with external delivery partners to ensure smooth operations. Customer Relations & Business Development: Oversee customer processes, ensuring satisfaction and encouraging positive reviews. Support the Business Relationship Manager in maintaining strong external relationships. Proactively provide development suggestions and updates to foster business growth. Keep up to date with industry trends and changes to inform strategy. Reporting & Communication: Provide monthly sales performance reports and feedback to senior management. Present ad-hoc sales reports as needed. Offer regular updates on sales opportunities and potential areas for company development. Requirements: Minimum of 4 years’ proven experience in sales management (required). Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Data-driven mindset with a creative and strategic approach. Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively as part of a team. Preferable experience within renewable energy sector Willingness to travel for on-site content and client interaction. Proficiency in IT and confidence using various technology platforms and CRM systems.
