Job title: HR Officer / Generalist FTC
Location: East Manchester / Oldham / Ashton-under-Lyne
Basic: £32,000 - £37,000 per annum
Contract length: 12 months

The Candidate:
· Experienced at HR deployment - leading and staying a step ahead in critical areas that affect the future of a business, such as Reward, Recognition, Capability, Processes and Structures
· Operated at HR Officer / Generalist level within a manufacturing environment - this is essential
· Must demonstrate qualities of adaptability, flexibility, efficiency and have operated in a fast paced and reactive environment, ideally 24/7 or similar
· Be very values driven, charismatic, operating with pride, passion and a "can do" attitude
· Hands on generalist with experience of dealing with payroll
· Additionally, you need to have a strong transactional HR background.
The Role:
· To initiate, implement and sustain effective HR support across all levels of the business
· Create a culture of high performance and continuous improvement, where employees feel valued, empowered, where they work effectively in a shared vision and values and where they understand how their roles impact and deliver the company's growth, efficiency and people.
· Payroll, onboarding, systems and procedures
· Day to day HR administration and issues.
