What skills and experience we're looking for
GENERAL INFORMATION:

MAIN PURPOSE:
This is an ideal role for a positive, personable, energetic person with excellent organisational and administrative skills including the ability to work to deadlines and flexibility to take on new tasks as they arise.
This is a part time role, for 30 hours a week, on a year round basis. The holiday entitlement is 25 days plus bank holidays.
We're looking for a friendly, organised person with a real 'can do' attitude and a passion for doing a great job. The role will offer a variety of tasks and responsibilities - making a flexible/adaptable approach to your work essential.
We are looking for these skills:
1. Experience of working in an accounts payable function in a medium sized organization (no specific education sector experience is needed).
2. Experience of working with supplier portals.
3. Experience of working with finance systems. No specific experience of Iris Financials needed.
4. Intermediate level Excel skills - working with tables, and lookups.
