Global Capital Raising & Partnerships – Digital Assets (Wholesale & Intermediary Channels)
Lead the Future of Digital Asset Investing with CKC.Fund
CKC.Fund is looking for a highly driven and experienced professional to spearhead capital raising and strategic partnerships globally within the wholesale and intermediary channels. This is a hands-on role for someone with deep expertise in fund distribution who understands how to build successful partnerships across wealth management, private banks, financial advisors, multi-family offices (MFOs), external asset managers (EAMs), and institutional investors.
This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, has a strong network in the alternative investment space, and understands how to position crypto hedge fund strategies within the broader asset management ecosystem.
This is a flexible, performance-based role with compensation tied to fund growth via equity, profit-sharing, and/or deferred compensation—offering a direct path to building wealth through the success of CKC.Fund.
Your Role & Responsibilities
1. Strategic Capital Raising & Business Development
•Develop and lead a global capital raising strategy, focusing on private wealth channels, institutional investors, and financial intermediaries.
•Build and deepen relationships with private banks, financial advisors, multi-family offices, and securities firms to drive fund inflows.
•Identify and develop strategic partnerships to expand CKC.Fund’s distribution network.
2. Investor Engagement & Fund Distribution
•Position CKC.Fund’s crypto hedge fund strategies within wealth management platforms, private banking networks, and alternative investment programs.
•Conduct presentations, roadshows, and investor webinars to promote the fund to wholesale and institutional investors.
•Work closely with marketing and research teams to refine investor messaging and sales materials.
3. Institutional Capital & Intermediary Growth
•Engage with institutional investors, fund-of-funds, pensions, endowments, and foundations exploring exposure to digital assets.
•Build long-term relationships with distribution partners, platforms, and allocators in global financial hubs.
•Stay ahead of market trends, regulatory developments, and capital flows in both traditional and digital asset markets.
4. Compliance & Due Diligence
•Ensure all capital-raising efforts adhere to regulatory requirements across key jurisdictions.
•Oversee investor due diligence processes in coordination with legal and compliance teams.
Who You Are – Qualifications & Experience
•5+ years of experience in fund distribution, capital raising, wealth management, or institutional sales.
•Strong track record of raising capital and managing investor relationships in alternative investments or digital assets.
•Deep network in the private banking, multi-family office, and intermediary channels.
•Understanding of crypto, blockchain, and hedge fund strategies (or willingness to learn quickly).
•Excellent presentation and relationship management skills.
•Fluency in English (additional languages such as Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic are a plus).
•Self-driven and comfortable working in a remote, global team environment.
•Willingness to travel as needed to build relationships and close deals.
