Applicants must be experienced Home Managers, with a relevant management qualification and significant proven experience of successfully running nursing homes and be a registered nurse (RMN/RGN/RNLD). Furthermore, applicants should ideally have previous experience of managing within dementia care settings, whilst at the same time being commercially aware, proactive individuals, with excellent administration skills. A proven ability to recruit, lead and effectively manage competent and motivated staff teams is also an essential requirement of this role.
