ICRAS (Integrated Reablement and Assessment Service) within North Liverpool & South Sefton is a unique service providing a rapid responsive approach to support hospital admission avoidance and early hospital discharges from a care transfer hub perspective.
We’re looking for therapy assistants to join our multidisciplinary teams across North Liverpool & South Sefton. If you’re motivated, with therapy experience and a passion to be part of this service, and share our aim for perfect care, we’d like to hear from you.
The role can involve working across ICRAS supporting our rehabilitation hubs, care transfer hub, and community, which will enable you to develop skills and flourish within your career.

Responsibilities:
1. Work collaboratively within the team and with other agencies to deliver therapeutic interventions to promote patients' well-being and functional independence.
2. Work within the skills and competencies expected of the role.
3. Be accountable for own clinical practice and personal development.
4. Deliver care in line with national quality standards and Trust policy.
5. Act as an advocate and champion for clients.
6. Lead on health promotion activities as required.
7. Undertake clinical tasks, following patient-specific direction.
8. Communicate effectively with patients and carers recognizing the need for alternative methods of communication to overcome different levels of understanding, cultural background, and preferred ways of communicating.
9. Participate in individual clinical supervision and appraisal.
10. Support the delivery/completion of audits within the team.
11. Undertake all relevant mandatory training.
