Electrically Biased Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer
Permanent
Basic salary + shift allowance + overtime available
Excellent company culture and mature environment
Experience of working in a high-speed manufacturing environment?
Strong electrical maintenance experience with enough mechanical know-how to fault find and carry out non-complex mechanical repairs?
I've got just the role for you!
This opportunity would be ideal for someone who has:
1. Successfully worked in a multi-skilled or electrically biased maintenance engineer role previously
2. At least 2-3 years of site-based or field-based experience
3. Worked in an industrial setting such as factory maintenance, plant equipment, manufacturing, or production environments
4. Experience of working on large scale, capital production equipment
5. Looking to push on with their career within an established team and business, with a true opportunity to develop, learn, and grow in a supportive, mature environment.
This is a maintenance technician position where you will have autonomy, where suitable, but you will be working within a wider team that will support you, just as you will be expected to support them.
Daily tasks will include all aspects of typical maintenance engineering such as:
1. Fault finding
2. Troubleshooting
3. PPMs (planned maintenance)
4. Installation works
5. Reactive repairs
6. Corrective measures
We are looking for a talented multi-skilled maintenance engineer who can add value with their electrical knowledge and experience. No specific qualifications are necessary, and further training can be offered, but you MUST have core fault-finding and electrical knowledge.
Working pattern is double days with the understanding that some flexibility will be needed subject to demands (overtime available over core 40 hours).
