Reports to: Debt Enforcement Manager
Location: Leicester LE3 5BZ
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 Basic
Discretionary Bonus: Up to £3,000 per annum calculated on % of completed OKPIs.
As a Team Leader at Yü Energy, you will have a crucial role inspiring high performing debt teams to support business energy customers in financial difficulty. Your team will take proactive action to prevent customers from getting into arrears in the first place, avoid them getting further into arrears, and help them become debt-free as quickly but sustainably as possible.
If you are self-motivated and highly disciplined with an agile mentality and a ‘can-do’, solutions-focused outlook on life, you could fit in well.
