What Will You Be Doing?As a mutual organisation, we put our members at the heart of everything we do. Join us and be part of a team that values collaboration, curiosity, and a genuine desire to make a difference.Design end-to-end user journeys, from research and analysis to high-fidelity designs and user stories.Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product launches and enhancements.Conduct competitor analysis and utilise user insights to drive design decisions.Contribute to Agile development processes, ensuring designs are accurately implemented and tested.What Do We Need From You?Proven experience in UX design for web and mobile applications.Proficiency in design tools (eg Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and take responsibility for the quality and timeliness of deliverables.Strong understanding of user-centered design, accessibility, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Experience contributing to product development.Ability to translate user needs and business goals into effective design solutions.Join our collaborative team and make a real impact on our members' digital experiences
