This is an exciting, entry-level customer service role with various career progression opportunities within the company.
Your Responsibilities
* You are the contact person for our customers and handle written customer enquiries as well as inbound/outbound telephone calls independently and competently.
* You inspire with your friendly manner and our customers feel in good hands with you, thus contributing to customer satisfaction.
* You professionally handle enquiries about the account opening and investment process, right through to basic tax issues.
* You will follow work instructions to respond to customers who are dealing with a sensitive or complex topic such as complaints, vulnerable customers (TEXAS model, early terminations, IT issues, bereavement, etc.
* You gain a detailed product knowledge in order to resolve customer enquiries.
* You ensure customer matters are resolved to a satisfactory conclusion.
* You adhere to our data control principles.
* You work well alongside a diverse team.
Your Profile
* Professional experience in the field of customer support desirable, regardless of the sector.
* You possess strong communication skills, both written and oral.
* You demonstrate high attention to detail and focus on priorities.
* You have proficient MS Office (or google equivalent) and IT skills and are open to learning new programmes.
* You are flexible and open to a new challenge.
* You speak and write English at a native-speaker level.
