Successful applicants will provide an essential front line service for students from Admissions to the Learning Resource Centres (LRC’s). The ability to build a rapport with all students alongside a capacity to use a range of digital systems to either aid a successful enrolment or locate necessary resources in the LRC for a student is essential. Previous experience of aspects of this service is essential. Applicants must be able to demonstrate a student centred approach, aiming to remove barriers to ensure a comprehensive positive student experience.
Minimum qual - i.e. relevant L2 qualification or equivalent is essential together with strong IT skills and GCSEs at grades A-C in English & Maths (or equivalent). Working knowledge of data protection regulations and confidentiality requirements surrounding student information held by the College is a must, as well as providing a service through a one stop shop. Understanding of the admissions process and work within the LRC is essential.
