We have a fantastic opportunity for a Stock Controller to work as an integral part of our specialist team based at our Birmingham clinic. The role As Stock Controller, you will ensure the efficient ordering, receipt, storage and issue of components, materials, and patient items within the Service Centre. You will contribute to future planning and development of stock control and services. Key duties. Maintaining a high degree of accuracy and control of stock. Ordering, receiving, and checking stock from suppliers. Issuing Production and Clinical stock items to staff. Carrying out periodic stock counts/checks. Carrying out all administrative duties associated with stock control. Receiving and packing items for despatch Liaising with patients over email and telephone. What are we looking for? Key skills Previous administration/data entry experience Previous stock management experience Highly organised, with a strong attention to detail Professional approach Flexible and self-motivated Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident telephone manner Excellent communication skills Ability to maintain high standards when working to varying deadlines.
