Technical Support Engineer for HVAC Products
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team in the HVAC industry. This role requires excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of ventilation systems, air handling units, extract fans, ducting, heat recovery units, boilers, and other related products.
The successful candidate will provide technical support to customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders through various channels including phone, email, and in-person visits. They will be responsible for resolving technical issues, providing product information, and training end-users on the correct installation, operation, and maintenance of our products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, HVAC systems, or a related field, with experience in a technical support role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support to customers and sales teams via phone, email, and in-person visits
* Resolve technical issues and provide product information to customers and stakeholders
* Train end-users on the correct installation, operation, and maintenance of our products
* Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve product quality
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Systems, or a related field
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in the HVAC industry
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
