Working together, we support people to live a full life, by enabling access to specialist mental health services, housing support, debt and employment advice, volunteering opportunities, community activities and physical exercise, to help support and improve people’s wellbeing and quality of life.

Team Manager: “Working in Open Mental Health has proven to me how much easier it can be made to support people to access the services they need when voluntary organisations work together with the NHS collaboratively at a system level; it's great for team members to be able to reassure people coming in through any of our services, that there is literally no wrong door, and we'll be able to get them to the service they need quickly and easily. This is more than partnership working, we work together as one team regardless of role or home organisation, all voices are heard equally and valued”
