Hours: Monday - Fri (8:00am - 4:30pm or 9:00am - 5:30pm) - site based. 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £30,000
About the Digital Marketing Executive role
This position is social media focussed whilst still having a high level of Graphic Design knowledge. The successful candidate will be responsible for more digital based design and responsible of the below.
Management of Social media channels
Creating artwork for Mailshots
Email marketing
Design campaigns
Website updates (Word Press based)
Webinar events (end-to-end production)
Video production (end-to-end production)
Podcast production
Video Blogs
Studio photography
Graphic design
Maintaining website content
What other duties will be included in the Digital Marketing Executive role?
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute a comprehensive social media content.
Manage multi content calendars, coordinating and distribution of post across platforms including TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn. Ensuring timely and consistent publication.
Create engaging and visually appealing social media content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
Foster audience engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly in the appropriate voice.
Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimise content strategy and improve audience reach.
Maintain brand consistency and uphold brand values and messaging across all social media channels.
Assist in organising and promoting events, workshops, webinars, Podcast via social media platforms.
Track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvements.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practise in social media marketing.
Produce excellent, eye-catching design concepts in a fast-paced environment (print and digital) end-to-end-production.
What will you bring to the Digital Marketing Executive role?
At least 2 year's experience as a Digital Marketing Executive (or similar)
Experience of social media management
Experience with digital design graphic design
Knowledge and experience with Strategic Campaign Creation, Digital Footprint Expansion, Content Champion, Market Insights Analytical Dat, Multimedia Production, Podcast and Webinar Production, Sales Materials, Digital and Print knowledge, Maintaining Websites
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Hardworking, reliable
Ability to work well to deadlines
Ability to work both well independently and as part of team
