My client is a successful international business working in the building material sector, based in Ipswich. They are currently recruiting for a Technical Administrator to help expand their growing Technical department.
The Role - Administrator
1. Provide Administrative support within the department as the business demands
2. Working as part of a busy integral team
3. Liaison with clients, Bauder's Area Technical Managers and Site Technicians
4. Internal/external telephone enquiries
5. Administration of live project documents and notifications
6. Production and process of Technical specifications, Review, process and produce project documents including inspection reports & guarantees
7. Assisting other team members when required
8. To be flexible to work additional hours when required
9. Maintain high standards of service
10. Ensure accuracy at all times
11. Prioritise workload to meet the demands of the business
12. To assist within other areas of the department/business as needs arise
13. Ad-hoc duties
14. Use of purpose-built database, Word and Excel
Minimum Skills / Experience Required - Administrator
1. Technically minded
2. A good level of spelling and grammar
3. Excellent organisational abilities
4. High degree of accuracy
5. Approachable and diplomatic
6. Excellent communicator
7. Professional, friendly and resourceful approach
8. Team orientated
9. Advanced level of Computer literacy
10. Motivated, professional and driven
The Package - Administrator
1. Starting salary up to £30,000 per annum
2. Company performance-related annual bonus (additional quarterly bonuses available)
