Who You Are You possess a degree in town planning or an associated environmental discipline, complemented by at least five years of experience in development management. Your expertise extends to handling major infrastructure developments, especially those that have been processed through the Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects (NSIP) procedure. A broad understanding of planning and environmental issues is essential for success in this role. What the Job Involves This remote position requires your involvement for 37 hours per week over a 12-week contract, starting ASAP. Your role will encompass managing the planning process, particularly in relation to major infrastructure developments, including site visits and participation in hearing sessions organized by the Examining Authority. You will receive a Grade 9 compensation rate of £22.65 per hour, and you will need to confirm if your expected pay rate differs.
