We are actively recruiting for six Fleet Finance Development Managers, to join us as we focus on continuous growth. We have two roles in each of the below regions: Region A- Scotland, North East, South Yorkshire, Lincolnshire and a swathe to Bristol because of Listers coverage Region B- North West, West and North Yorkshire, Midlands, Wales Region C- South West, South East, Northern Ireland We are looking to attract applications from those with a Fleet, Leasing and / or Motor Finance background, with experience of working and training the Dealer Networks. The Role: Support the broader One Toyota Fleet Sales team to develop business relationships and funded volume across the broad range of Fleet sectors with primary focus on generation of ownership products. The broader sales department focuses on the delivery of finance volumes through the management and development of our Network partners finance, retention, and oversight performance across both new and used cars. The Fleet team is focused on developing fleet funded business through the close collaboration with the One Toyota field team, the provision of expert finance advice and client support through the Fleet Business Unit (FBU). Duties: Assume responsibility for the development of finance client relationships within a defined geographic territory supporting relevant members of the One Toyota Fleet Team Support the multi path finance journey for all prospects and customers both personally and through the One Toyota Fleet Sales team. Liaising with KINTO colleagues as appropriate with a focus on the delivery of TFS funded volume targets. Provide expert advice and service to the broader field team, prospects, and customers alike. Support the OT Regional Manager in the compliant delivery of fleet funding solutions through strong collaboration; support KINTO team members as appropriate to permit focus on TFS funding outcomes. Be the regional liaison between TFSUK, KINTO UK and TGB for all matters relating to the financing of business user operated vehicles. Take personal accountability for appropriate regional credit line OEM and non-OEM customers, day-to-day account management and the seamless support for customers alongside the FBU. In conjunction with Regional OT Fleet colleagues, prospect, develop and deliver fleet funded volume to target delivery. Review all existing fleet finance business processes both within the FBU and One Toyota entities, identifying opportunities for improvements, efficiencies and support the implementation of agreed countermeasures. Key Experience & Skills: Strong analytical and numeracy skills Excellent Fleet and Business knowledge; you should have or can quickly build an understanding of TFS, Toyota Insurance Services, Toyota GB and KINTO processes and objectives. Strong knowledge of fleet finance systems, solutions, and compliance to be able to perform a management role with colleagues and ensure adherence. Advanced network knowledge to be able to define and produce retailer centric solutions.
