Conekt Legal is partnering with our client, a top commercial Scottish law firm to recruit a corporate associate or senior associate into their legal 500 rated corporate practice and to be based in their offices in either Edinburgh or Glasgow. This exciting opportunity would suit a qualified solicitor with about 4 to 8 years PQE with strong technical corporate transactional experience.
Our client has a well-regarded corporate practice that has worked on some of the largest and most high-profile deals in Scotland. Their large and structured corporate team works with a range of clients from SMEs to large multinationals advising them on a broad range of transactions.

The Role
Working as part of this talented team, the corporate associate/senior associate will work closely with clients advising on a range of transactions to include mergers and acquisitions, equity investment transactions and general corporate finance work.
You will be!
* Qualified Solicitor – 4 to 8 years PQE
* Previous experience of working on a range of corporate transactions
* Strong legal drafting skills with experience of drafting a range of corporate documents and ancillary documents
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a cohesive team
