Maintain Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy settings to ensure smooth and secure network operations.
Oversee mobile device management through Microsoft Intune, ensuring device compliance and security.
Implement and monitor backup solutions, including performing regular backups, restores, and testing disaster recovery processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver IT services aligned with business needs, and document processes and solutions effectively.
Assist with network infrastructure management, including configuring and troubleshooting switches, firewalls, routers, and wireless access points.
3-5 years of experience in a senior technical support role, with advanced skills in network troubleshooting and maintenance.
