EXAM INVIGILATORS
Pay Range: Local Government Scale 1
Actual Salary from: £12.26 per hour (Points 2)

The Role
We are looking for reliable individuals to supervise students, ensuring safe, fair and efficient conduct in external examinations in accordance with regulations on a casual (as and when) basis.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
1. Assist with getting examination candidates into the examination hall and seated in the correct place.
2. Assist with ensuring that the examination hall is correctly set up and equipped for the examination.
3. Assist with examination administration (e.g., attendance registers and seating plans).
4. Handing out question papers to candidates.
5. Reading out examination instructions.
6. Walk around the examination room, ensuring no candidate has forbidden items and removing any found.
7. Demonstrate a commitment to keeping children and young people safe.
We're looking for you if you have:
1. Good organisational skills.
2. The ability to complete basic forms.
3. The ability to follow instructions.
Please note that an integration period applies to all new staff joining the Trust, to support introduction into the organisation.
