Job Title: Industrial Services Business Development Manager
Role Overview:
As the Industrial Services Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our business through the development of new client relationships, strategic partnerships, and expanding our presence in the market. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and overseeing the execution of strategies that will contribute to our overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Business Development: Identify and generate new business opportunities within the industrial services sector.
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met.
* Market Research: Conduct research and analysis of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
* Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market expansion.
* Proposal & Tender Management: Prepare and submit proposals, quotes, and tenders in response to client requirements.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the operations, technical, and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, market feedback, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the industrial services sector.
* Strong understanding of industrial processes, services, and market dynamics.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to think strategically and manage multiple client accounts.
* Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
* Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
