My Wednesbury based Distribution client is looking for an Account Manager to join their team on a full-time and permanent basis. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and identify new business opportunities.
Duties:
1. First point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs.
2. Ensure accounts are receiving the services they require within their budget and meeting their needs.
3. Maintain accurate client records and keep track of any contract updates and renewals.
4. Address customers' needs and concerns quickly and effectively, developing and maintaining strong relationships.
5. Identify any needs from the customer and provide solutions.
6. Build and maintain strong and long-lasting client relationships.
7. Attend client meetings.

1. Must have a proven track record in Account Management.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills in order to build client relationships.
