My client, a fast-growing UK-based consumer health care group, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional for a temporary 3-4 month contract. This role will involve managing key operational processes in risk management, data room coordination, and annual report production. The position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to high-priority projects within a dynamic and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Risk Register Management Review the existing risk register, identify gaps, and collaborate with business teams to gather and document key risks. Work closely with management to ensure appropriate mitigations and controls are in place. Ensure the risk register follows UK best practices and remains up to date. Data Room Coordination Support M&A activities by managing the collection, organisation, and secure handling of information within the data room. Liaise with internal teams to gather required documents and ensure a clear and logical folder structure is maintained. Manage relationships with external advisors and the data room provider. Annual Report Management Oversee the process of collating and refining content for the front half of the annual report, which serves as a key marketing tool for investors. Act as the main point of contact for the external design agency, ensuring timely delivery of input from stakeholders across Marketing, Finance, ESG, and Company Secretarial functions. Review and refine content to ensure it aligns with the company's messaging and branding. Skills and Experience: Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to work to tight deadlines. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. A high level of discretion and attention to detail when handling sensitive information. Previous experience in risk management, data room platforms, or annual reporting processes is highly desirable.
