Position summary
As a Sales Consultant at TAG Heuer, you’ll play an essential role in achieving store sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll bring passion, dedication, and professionalism to your role, excelling in a consultative sales environment. With a focus on luxury retail, you’ll ensure every customer leaves with a memorable impression of our brand and showrooms.
Key responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding customer service, creating an unforgettable experience for every visitor.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the store’s overall success.
* Build rapport with clients, leveraging strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Develop and maintain advanced product knowledge, especially in luxury watches.
* Assist with visual merchandising to ensure a premium showroom appearance.
* Utilise CRM systems to manage client relationships and support clienteling initiatives.
* Participate in networking and events to grow the brand's presence and client base.
* Process payments efficiently and accurately.
* Uphold company policies, procedures, and dress code standards.
Skills and experience
* Proven experience in retail, ideally within a luxury or consultative sales environment.
* Track record of surpassing sales targets and working effectively with KPIs.
* Strong selling and negotiation skills.
* Excellent planning, organisational, and IT skills.
* Ability to adapt to change and remain flexible in a dynamic environment.
* Motivated, proactive, and dedicated team player with a positive attitude.
* Experience with visual merchandising and clienteling.
* Knowledge of luxury watches is highly advantageous.
