Quorn Foods are delighted to be recruiting for an Engineering Manager at our Billingham based plant.
What you'll be responsible for:
We are now recruiting for an Engineering Manager to lead all engineering and maintenance activities within the site and support the effective operations of our Billingham based facility.
You will be responsible for managing engineering related costs and budgets, whilst ensuring compliance with statutory legislation and devising maintenance strategies which are aligned with our key principle of 'right first time'.
What experience you'll need to have:
1. Ideally be a degree qualified engineer with chartered (or working towards) status with a background in the chemical and/or FMCG industries.
2. Ability to communicate, collaborate, establish trust, and build effective relationships across a wide and diverse range of colleagues.
3. Demonstrable background of problem solving/contingency planning skills with the ability to find quick, innovative, and practical solutions.
4. Presentable ability to develop teams and implement strategies at a site level.
5. A passion for healthy, sustainable products which are better for our consumers and the planet – you don’t have to be a vegetarian to work for Quorn!
