SEN Teaching Assistant Criteria:
Have a minimum 2.1 degree from a Top 30 UK University.
Be a cheerful team player, have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Support the class teacher with pupil behaviour and learning.
Help to prepare lesson plans.
Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the students.
