Aberdeenshire Council are seeking to recruit an Active Travel Infrastructure Coordinator to join the Strategy Development and Active Travel team.
Educated to degree level, the post holder will be expected to assist in the delivery of Aberdeenshire Councils ambitious active travel infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be required to work alongside design engineers to influence and support design development, assist in scheme feasibility, undertake cost benefit analysis and support in community engagement exercises.
The post holder will be responsible for managing contracts on site, monitoring costs, quality and programme and should have the ability to deal with and resolve issues on site. A core function of the post will require the preparation of committee reports, grant funding applications and liaison with a wide range of public and private sector stakeholders.

This post requires a current full driving licence.
