Our client, an architectural practice based in Gloucester, is seeking a Project Architect to join their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Architect to join an expanding practice that has an excellent reputation. The most successful Project Architect should be confident running their own projects. Our client works in a variety of sectors but is specifically looking for someone with strong Education experience.
Our client is an expert at designing and delivering projects and has gained an excellent reputation in the South-West region in particular. They are a design-led practice, with a reputation for delivering high-quality projects with high attention to detail. Projects vary from client to client, including small to large scale extensions, refurbishments, and conversions. Sectors that this practice operates within include Residential, Leisure, Commercial, Healthcare, and Education as well as some Defence. A few responsibilities include creating detailed drawings, working drawings, and producing planning applications for several projects, as well as producing 3D technical drawings, running projects, and liaising with clients. They are a Revit/BIM practice but are happy to train candidates if they do not have the software knowledge prior to joining; for our client, it is more about the right personality and experience.

Project Architect Position Overview
* Assist other members of staff
* Work on a range of projects in a variety of sectors
* Attend site visits
* Run projects from Inception through to completion
* Preparing and managing detailed design and production information
* Assisting the design team/technical team
Project Architect Position Requirements
* ARB Registered Architect
* 2 years' + experience post Part III
* Live within a commutable distance of Gloucester
* Revit knowledge (advantageous - training can be given)
* Hard working and motivated individual
* Ability to work well within a team
* Good knowledge and experience within the Education sector
