Finance Administrator
Location – Central London
Salary – £34,000 to £37,000
As a Finance Administrator at Sodexo in Central London, you are an organized multitasker and a detail-oriented professional. In this key role, you will provide critical financial and administrative support to our Account Management Team, ensuring the smooth operation of daily and monthly processes. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will directly interface with senior managers and clients, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our service delivery.

What you’ll do:
Manage payroll, vendor invoices, and purchasing requests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Support month-end processes, including reconciling accounts and preparing financial reports.
Administer SAP requests, manage aged debt, and oversee pre-payments and monthly accruals.
Maintain compliance with financial control procedures and ensure all records are audit-ready.
Provide general administrative support, including onboarding processes and HR system implementation.
What you bring:
Proven experience in financial administration and a strong understanding of standard accounting practices.
Proficiency in systems such as SAP, Kronos, and E-ProphIT, alongside advanced Microsoft Office skills.
Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a high-pressure environment.
Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail to maintain accuracy and confidentiality.
A proactive and adaptable mindset, demonstrating initiative and a commitment to continuous improvement.
