As a Business Analyst in ATS, you will solve exciting logistics problems with the potential to save millions of dollars!
To do this,
1. You will uncover trends to go beyond the obvious and identify the “whys.”
2. You are comfortable dealing with ambiguity, asking questions, and taking up challenges.
3. You will work with multiple teams and understand newer areas of business with ease.
4. You will own multiple projects and drive them to closure.
5. You are technically sound in finding and wrangling data to bring out insights.
6. You are comfortable presenting and reporting effectively to Leaders of Amazon.
Proficient in SQL and conversant with AWS infrastructure.
Key Job Responsibilities
1. Understand the various operations across ROC.
2. Design and develop highly available dashboards and metrics using SQL and Excel/Quicksight.
3. Understand the requirements of stakeholders and map them with the data sources/data warehouse.
4. Own the delivery and backup of periodic metrics and dashboards to the leadership team.
5. Draw inferences and conclusions, create dashboards and visualizations of processed data, and identify trends and anomalies.
6. Execute high priority (i.e., cross-functional, high impact) projects to improve operations performance.
7. Perform business analysis and data queries using appropriate tools.
8. Work closely with internal stakeholders such as business teams, engineering teams, and partner teams, aligning them with respect to your focus area.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
* Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights.
* Knowledge of SQL.
