Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver dynamic Food Technology lessons that inspire and engage students.
* Teach students about food preparation, nutrition, and the importance of healthy eating.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported.
* Monitor, assess, and track student progress, offering constructive feedback and assistance.
* Participate in school events and extracurricular activities to enrich the overall student experience.
* Lead the Food Technology department, ensuring high standards in curriculum delivery and staff development.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* 3-5 years of experience in teaching Food Technology or a similar subject.
* Extensive knowledge of food technology, nutrition, and current industry trends.
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a department.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A commitment to motivating and inspiring students of diverse abilities and backgrounds.
* Dedication to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
