Due to exciting developments within our service, we are looking to recruit a motivated and dynamic Occupational Therapist to join our team.

The successful candidate will join our community-based multidisciplinary team (MDT) working across Coventry, providing assessment, interventions, advice, and education to children and young people aged 0-19 with a Coventry GP.
You'll work in a variety of different settings, including in people's homes, nurseries, and schools. As an OT, you'll provide specialised assessment, treatment, and education to children and young people for a range of occupational and functional difficulties with a variety of needs. This may include upper limb splinting and assessments, parent education sessions, school-based treatment, assessing for and the provision of equipment, liaison with the wider MDT, specialised early years assessments, and service development.
This is a brilliant opportunity for an OT looking for a new challenge. Ideally, you will have some experience of working with children or evidence of transferable skills. In addition to this, you will be supported through the completion of a comprehensive set of competencies to support your learning.

You will need to have an Occupational Therapy qualification and HCPC registration and will need to demonstrate flexibility and initiative to work as part of a Multidisciplinary and Multi Agency Team.
Car owner/driver essential as it is unlikely that public transport will meet the needs of this job.
