What we are looking for
We are looking for a confident character who believes they can deliver excellent pre-planned lessons to various age groups. You might be an experienced TA or HLTA ready for a step up, comfortable with behavior management and engaging children. You may be an aspiring teacher who currently works with children and wants a chance to develop and learn; there is no better way than a cover supervisor to gain this invaluable experience. If you are a resilient and confident individual, then this is the role for you. It is essential that you have some previous experience working with children, whether that be tutoring, coaching, or TAing in schools.
The Role
The schools we work with strive to maintain high expectations of behavior, holding all students and staff accountable, which teaches essential life lessons. They believe in quality, delivering engaging and dynamic lessons, thoughtful student care, and having a hard-working attitude.
The role will entail supervising pupils and carrying out pre-prepared exercises when teaching staff are on short-term absence. You need to have good communication skills, be highly flexible, and enjoy working with children.
