* Paying £55,000 - £65,000 based on experience. Hybrid working (1 day per week from home)
A growing West London company is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their team. This exciting new role will involve the following duties for a current team of 50 staff:
1. HR operations
2. Implementing HR policies and procedures
3. Reviewing of compensation and benefits
4. Management of employee relations and performance reviews
5. Creating and fostering culture and values
6. HRIS selection and implementation project
7. Overseeing recruitment, onboarding and offboarding
8. HR Projects
To be considered suitable you will need to have the following skills and experience:
1. Standalone HR experience within an SME environment
2. Strong hands-on experience across HR operations
3. Solid understanding of UK employment law and best practice
4. Experience with HRIS and ideally some experience in supporting system implementations
5. Strong experience of managing senior stakeholders
