A well-established company in the education supplies industry is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join its team. As a Customer service Administrator you will be processing customer orders, handling enquiries and complaints, and providing general support to the sales department.
Customer Service Administrator responsibilities:
* Processing orders efficiently and accurately.
* Responding to customer queries via phone, email, and in person.
* Ensuring order confirmations are sent to customers.
* Maintaining the excel spreadsheets
* Using CRM software, and Opera/Pegasus daily.
* Handling and resolving customer complaints professionally.
* Identifying and sharing customer feedback to improve products and services.
Skills & experience required:
* Education: GCSEs & A-Levels (or equivalent).
* Technical skills: Proficiency in Excel, CRM systems, and Opera/Pegasus (essential).
* Experience: At least 2 years’ experience handling customer orders via email/web.
* A motivated, dynamic, and team-oriented personality.
* Strong ability to work independently and within a team.
* Ambitious and eager to progress and develop.
