We are now looking for an Insight Analyst to maximise the value and impact of data and information collected in support of our advocacy and strategy work. This will involve exploring and analysing large data sets to identify insights, trends and areas for further investigation. We will look to you to interpret data from our many programmes and proactively communicate findings to key stakeholders through quality presentations. You will collaborate with external networks, sharing best practice and provide support to improve data confidence and literacy. Alongside this, it will be vital to critically review and refine data analysis processes.
As Insight Analyst, we will look to you to maintain the Youth Sport Trust’s reputation with all audiences as the most respected and trusted source of evidence on the power of sport, PE and physical activity on wellbeing, achievement and life chances for young people.
For this key role, you must have quantitative research expertise as well as experience of working in data analysis/administration. Comfortable managing data, you will be a confident user of Microsoft Excel and other analysis software. You will also have experience of data entry, report writing and producing engaging output for stakeholders. You will be used to sourcing, critically appraising and reporting on secondary research evidence.
Your technical abilities will be complemented by strong interpersonal, relationship building and prioritising skills. Good at presenting complex data to various audiences, you will be highly organised, numerate and with an eye for detail.
As a member of the team, we guarantee you will feel very much part of our mission and will experience fun, challenge and fulfilment in your role. Our values underpin everything we do, and we pride ourselves on a work culture which fosters innovation, creativity and personal passion. Benefits include generous annual leave entitlement, health cash plan, employee assistance programme and volunteering days.
