We are currently seeking Permanent Part-Time Community Support Workers to join our growing team in West Moreton QLD.

You'll play a vital role in helping clients maintain their independence by performing tasks such as:
* Personal Care: Supervision during showers, grooming, toileting, applying/removing compression garments, assisting with mobility, and transfers.
* Domestic Assistance: Cleaning, meal prep, laundry, and care of indoor plants.
* Social and Emotional Support: Helping clients with technology and accompanying them to activities.
* Transportation: Supporting clients with shopping, appointments, and social outings.
What We Offer:
* $32.86 p/hour + 11.5% superannuation.
* Tax-Free Benefits: Salary packaging up to $15,899 p.a. + Meal and Entertainment Card ($2,650 pre-tax).
* Travel Reimbursement: 99c per km.

About You:
* Prior experience in community or residential care and understand that the role includes providing domestic assistance.
* Hold a Certificate III or IV in Individual Support/Aged Care and can provide a transcript of completed modules to verify your qualification.
* Have a current First Aid Certificate or are willing to obtain one.
* Have a valid Australian driver's licence and own a registered and insured vehicle.
* You are comfortable traveling up to 45 minutes to an hour to reach clients.
Important to Note:
* Successful applicants will initially work 20-30 hours per fortnight, with the potential to increase hours.
* Must have availability across weekdays, with a minimum of 3 weekdays per week.
* Availability for alternating weekends is highly desirable but not mandatory.
