What youll do
* Tobe responsible for the cleaning and servicing of public areas andback of house areas overnight ensuring that these are alwayscleaned to brand standards and are well presented andmaintained.
* To be responsible for reporting anymaintenance defects in public areas and back of house to thehousekeeping management team.
* To ensure thatall Health and Safety standards are adhered to and any breaches instandards are reported to the HeadHousekeeper.
* To ensure all cleaning materialsare handled correctly and to be fully aware of COSHHregulations.
* To attend all training sessionsrequired.
* To always maintain a positive andfriendly attitude even when working to find solutions tochallenges.
* To provide the highest level ofcustomer care and to provide a friendly helpful and responsivelevel of service for our guests.
* To assist inthe cleaning of any other areas of the hotel asrequired.
