We are currently seeking a passionate and empathetic Special Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) to join their team and make a significant impact on the lives of children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).Your new role
1. Provide Individualised Support: Work closely with students with a variety of SEND, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Dyslexia, and Speech and Language difficulties.
2. Assist in Educational Plans: Help develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
3. Collaborate with Staff: Work alongside class teachers, the SENCO, and other support staff to deliver targeted interventions and support.
4. Foster Inclusion: Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment, encouraging social and emotional development through positive behaviour management strategies.
5. Monitor Progress: Track and record student progress, providing regular feedback to teachers and parents.
